Mr. Meshbesher has substantial experience representing clients in employment disputes brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, the Minnesota Human Rights Act, the North Dakota Human Rights Act, and the Minnesota Whistleblower Act. He advises clients on developments in local, state, and federal labor laws, responds to demand letters and charges of discrimination, and helps clients navigate motion practice, fact discovery, agency hearings, and trial.

Mr. Meshbesher also uses research skills gained as a historian for the State of Minnesota to help clients tell their story from start to finish. He knows that each client’s business is unique, and takes the time to find the details which can make a difference in a case’s outcome.

From motion practice to trial, Mr. Meshbesher has helped clients achieve their litigation goals. Notably, when a prospective tenant sought $400,000 in damages against an apartment complex client on contract and housing discrimination claims, Mr. Meshbesher helped the client achieve a complete defense verdict at trial and an award of costs. When a former employee of a client bakery sought $10 million in damages for wrongful termination, Mr. Meshbesher assisted the client in securing a total damages award of one dollar.
